Meet Your Lead Guide

I’m Emily, and I’ve spent nearly a decade in the trenches of human transformation.

As a therapist, I have supported hundreds of clients through the complexities of emotional regulation, parenting, and deep self-connection. I know that traditional talk therapy is beautiful, and it absolutely has its place.

But I also know how the ADHD brain works. We don't always need another hour on a couch once a week to talk about the past. We thrive on novelty, urgency, and challenge. We need high-contact, short-term, and community-oriented support that meets us in the heat of the moment—not seven days later.

My background is clinical, but my role in Gravity is Lead Guide and Coach. Think of me as your strategic partner—leveraging my years of therapeutic training to provide the active, structural coaching and 'in-the-trenches' support that moves beyond talk and into transformation. I created Gravity as a new format of support specifically for the ADHD mother. It’s designed for the woman who is ready to dive in, move fast, and shift her reality in real-time. I’m here to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and the high-octane support you actually need to find your center.

When I’m not building scaffolds for ADHD moms, you can find me creating a tornado in the kitchen—hurriedly packing snacks to get my family out among the wildflowers and redwoods before the to-do list has a chance to convince me I should stay inside.

Frequently asked questions

I’m already so overwhelmed. Is this just "one more thing" on my to-do list?

Actually, it’s the opposite. Gravity is designed to clear your plate. Our lessons are delivered in audio format so you can listen while you fold laundry or drive to work. We aren't adding more "tasks"—we are changing the way you handle the ones you already have.

What if I have a "bad week" and fall behind?

That is exactly what Pillar 03 (Adaptive Architecture) is for. Life happens, and ADHD brains fluctuate. You have lifetime access to the curriculum, and our Voxer support is there specifically to help you recalibrate when things feel messy. There is no "behind" in Gravity.

How is this different from therapy?

While I bring nearly a decade of clinical experience to the table, this is coaching. The structure of this program leverages high-contact, tailored information, and community. It’s faster-paced, more interactive, and uniquely tailored to the ADHD motherhood experience.

  • You want a passive experience. Gravity is high-touch and high-engagement; it’s designed for the woman ready to dive in and implement shifts in real-time.

  • You’re seeking a clinical "cure." ADHD isn't something we fix; it’s a way of being that we learn to support. If you're looking for a magic pill to make your neurodivergence disappear, this isn't it.

  • You aren't ready to look at the "Messy Middle." We go deep into emotional regulation and attachment. If you only want surface-level "hacks," this will feel like too much.
